Installation consisting of nine sculptural pieces, each consisting a leftover piece of a meal entrapped in gelatine.
Each sculpture is allowed its own plate on the dining table.
Strong odors.
The instalation material has been a means of observing food intake in a week in order tu understand the difference in consumeration trough variation of identities. A piece of meal has been isolated, stored and preserved in a gellatine mould. The instalation consisted of 40 different food items isolated in their individual gellatine shapes.
